*Weekend rate (Saturday & Sunday from 10am only) extends from 10am-10pm

Rental Policies

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel 48 hours in advance, we will still need to charge you for that space. We only accept cancellations via email (click here) so there is no confusion about when you cancelled your space.

Credit card information is required to set up an account with us. Currently, we only accept Master Card and Visa.

We can not house "open call" auditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to those who book "open calls" without alerting us. If you're planning a large audition, please contact us so that we may be able to work something out.

All auditions require a monitor present to meet and greet your talent.
